hi guys

after reading peters post about the new xray geared diff it got me thinking, i understand the principles of how diffs work and that but my question is when driving the car on track how do you know when the diff is slipping, so basically what physically does the car do to give away that the diff is slipping ( if that makes any sense)

any help would be appreciated

regards
chris

If it is slipping a lot then it will feel the same as a snapped belt so reduced power. It will also affect the handling because the car will start to change into front or rear wheel drive only.
