Okay everyone the AGM is this Sunday at 3.30pm in the Sports centre at Inverurie. We have booked the meeting room.
A new topic has arisen and that is a possible move to a new venue after some issues have now come to light, the main one being our race calendar. So if you have any contacts at schools etc then please let me know. We are currently looking at Meldrum and Banchory academy.
I'll post a full agenda soon and have printed copies on hand at the AGM.

Got your emails Dan. Interesting figures. Hopefully we can get something sorted.
Cheers Marc, I'm sure we will and I believe it may even be for the good of the club...
Minutes will be up sometime next week, for now here is a summary.
It was decided that we will continue racing at the sports centre till Christmas and evaluate other venues in the next few weeks.
We are now moving to rubber tyres, no foams. (Sorex 28 JB is pretty much what everyone runs on carpet if anyone is needing tyres). Additive and warmers allowed if people wish to use them. Allowed up to 10.5 brushless but no timing advance allowed on 10.5. Timing advance only allowed on 13.5. 1350g min weight limit as per BRCA.
Race format is now 3 rounds of FTQ at 4mins over the 4 rounds at 3mins. Same physical time racing but gives us a bit more time between rounds.
Anyone charging LiPos MUST charge them in a LiPo sack. These are available from most good model shop and cost less than £10. You should really use them at home too as LiPo fires are pretty intense.
Silver can class if we have a big enough entry to run a heat. Was felt it could be a good class to encourage new comers with a RTR kit into as they'd have a championship to compete in. Not only that they'd be able to drive slower, without the worry of an unguided 10.5 destroying it.
Decided to run on what we have of the new carpet for now and see if we can find any other clubs wanting to sell some old rolls, even if it is 2m.
Thats all I can really remember, but think thats the most important stuff covered anyway.
I am getting excited about the silver can class! I think it will be great!
