Without the AGM I can't say for certain but I will be proposing 13.5T and maybe the option for members who don't wish to spend more money on another motor to allow 10.5T with no turbo on their speedo. Although the top level drivers would be expected to adhere to the rules to the letter as normal to keep racing close and fair.
